Boston Outdoor Preschool Network (BOPN) is hiring for a variety of positions across our Greater Boston programs. Whether you’re an experienced early childhood educator, looking to grow your career in outdoor education, or interested in joining our nonprofit team in an administrative or leadership role, we may have an opportunity for you.

Qualifications
EEC teacher certification preferred
Experience working in early childhood programs
Strong knowledge of child development
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience with nature-based, outdoor, or experiential education preferred
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain
Schedule & Compensation
25–30 hours per week
