Did you know that Massachusetts has the most valuable seafood port in the whole country? What kind of clam is in chowder? Get your feet wet and join us for a tasty day in the sun! This workshop will dive in with a “Massachusetts Seafood 101” presentation by the Division of Marine Fisheries that will skim all aspects of our seafood system – environment, health,management, practice, history, etc. Then we will tour a seafood facility and hear from our local fishermen/aquaculturists.

Lunch will be included.
