Shorebird and Seal Watching EE Community Gathering

MEES Invites you to a free EE Practitioner gathering taking place this fall funded by a generous grant from the North American Association for Environmental Education. The purpose of these gatherings is to come together with others who work in careers connected to environmental teaching and learning in order to build community, learn from one another, and just plain have fun in nature.
At this gathering, join Whales & Dolphin Conservation and Manomet Conservation Science staff as they journey on a short hike through Center Hill Preserve to the ocean shore in hopes of spotting seals and shorebirds resting in their natural habitats. Experience with birding not necessary!
Sunday October 26th from 9:30 am – 11:30 am
Co-hosts: Whale and Dolphin Conservation & Manomet Conservation Sciences
Location: Center Hill Preserve
158 Center Hill Road
Plymouth, MA
Note: Please register each person coming individually. At the program please dress for the weather with comfortable shoes for walking and warm layers. Bring binoculars if you have them, but we will also have some to borrow if needed!
