Camp Nihan Environmental education Center

Located twenty minutes from Boston, Camp Nihan is a 47-acre environmental education center for school and community groups. MDC Rangers and qualified volunteer staff lead on-site and in-school programs at no cost. Free environmental educator workshops are also offered through Camp Nihan. Curriculum packets providing background information on all of our programs are also available at no cost. Program topics include water quality, cultural, natural history, geology, and more.
