The Institute for Wetland & Environmental Education & Research, Inc. is a private educational organization dedicated to providing high quality training in the environmental sciences. Since 1993, we have worked with recognized regional and national experts to provide a series of short courses on wetland topics such as: plant identification, wetland delineation, and hydric soils. We also work with groups/organizations to design courses to meet their particular objectives. In addition, we offer wetland publications including “In Search of Swampland.” This publication was voted one of the best science books for middle school and high school readers in 1998 by the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
