Join us on this 3-part journey through our ocean! Sign up for one, two, or all three courses.
Educators are faced with limitations on time and resources and are often lacking knowledge of science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) content and practices. Yet young children, curious and fascinated by the world around them, are natural explorers and scientists. Incorporating STEAM learning early on helps equip children with knowledge and process skills, such as observation and interpretation. The ocean, full of wonder and mystery, is the perfect way to engage and excite children in STEAM. Participants will gain the content knowledge and skills necessary to incorporate ocean science while addressing the Massachusetts Science and Technology Standards.
