Please mark your calendars for the High School Marine Science Symposium events hosted by Northeastern University and the Massachusetts Marine Educators. These events aim to inspire interest in STEM fields among high school students, through a morning of hands-on workshops, lightning talks, and a keynote presentation. CALL FOR PRESENTERS!!
We are looking for presenters to deliver two 40-minute, back-to-back sessions or 2 hours of an interactive drop-in table demonstration to high school students. There will be 15-25 students in each session, small enough to make it really meaningful and hands-on. Workshops will conclude by ~11:30. All presenters are provided with a light breakfast and lunch, but staying for lunch is not required.
