Four Day Virtual Conference

Wednesday, March 10th to Saturday, March 13th

This year, the 31st MEES Conference will be a four-day virtual event. During this event you will have access to over 30 workshops and several keynote speeches, the ability to connect with peers through networking events, and a chance to visit exhibit booths to speak with vendors at the virtual expo.

While we would prefer to see you all in person, the 2021 virtual conference provides us all with unique opportunities. This year you will be able to choose workshops that fit to your needs, with flexible scheduling options offered morning, afternoon and on the weekend. You will be able to watch recorded workshops any time throughout the conference. You will also be able to connect with other educators through live chats, networking events, and state-wide meetings.

Continuing in the great tradition of the MEES Conference, peer-led workshops will cover topics ranging from Best Practices in Environmental Education to Engaging Youth in Climate Change Advocacy. We know that the creative presenters drawn to MEES will provide engaging and interactive workshops.

We hope you will join us for another great MEES Conference!

Exhibit Booths

MEES attendees will be able to visit a virtual expo hall to browse participating vendors, view any materials uploaded by the vendor, view & engage with a live (or pre-recorded) demo, or even have a one on one conversation with a vendor representative. If an attendee engages with a specific vendor, they will be added to a list of leads that the vendor can access to note their interest – no need for sign-in sheets! Attendees will have the option to visit booths for all four days of the conference which include unopposed exhibitor/networking times each day.

Exhibitor Highlighted:

  • In Exhibitor tab
  • With exhibitor logo appearing in the carousel on the event hub page.
  • With booth visitors receiving points for visiting each booth to receive a prize
  • With attendees being directed to your booth through the Feed / Activity Stream at once during the conference.

Exhibit Fee:

  • Small booth: $100
  • Medium booth: $150
  • Large booth: $250 (Two Conference Tickets)

Different tiers of booths, give you the opportunity to pay for a better position in the virtual hall, a larger space on the page, and even designating them a Preferred or Premium label.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Sponsor a networking session for $100 (Logo will be present during the networking session)
